Having come this far, you must view the fare. Jack London’s has developed a menu unique in Carmel, boasting samplings of traditional Louisiana recipes and Jacks own style of West Mex. As well as House Smoked Pork Ribs you will find grilled premium Steak Dinners including Ribeye, New York, Tenderloin Filet and Flap Steak. All steaks are hand cut and trimmed in house to insure quality.
Any item that include the words “fried” and “Chicken” are so fragrant and savory that you cannot help but surrender to it.
There is a tantalizing assortment of our own appetizers that will tempt you either before your dinner or in the pub with specialty brews and generous cocktails.
There is the “Wild Burger,” boasting Jim Pryor’s special Jack’s Grind of premium choice beef with just the right balance of “juicy” to hold up big on a bun.
The Wild Burger is served with Jack’s Fabulous Fries, cut in the back and prepared in the method “pommes frites” to insure the right texture. |
